Armstrong Air and Space Museum - Color and Light

Armstrong Air and Space Museum - Color and Light In-Person

St. Marys Community Public Library is hosting the Armstrong Air and Space Museum on Thursday, June 5th at 10:30 a.m. Ellen Engel will present Color and Light, a program based on how light and color can give us information about things in space. Participants will learn how space is observed through different filters and how the color of light tells us a lot about an object in space. They will experiment with how colors can change by using different colored filters. Attendees will then make a bracelet using pony beads and look at them through different filters to observe how they change.

This event is supported by the State Library of Ohio with federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
